Ansco Machine employs a rigorous Quality Management System using the most advanced techniques and computerized inspection equipment. Our quality system is designed to exceed the requirements for ISO 9000. At Ansco Machine, we cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through constant review of our processes and operations.
Ansco believes that keeping up with technology is vital to meet the changing needs of our customers. We operate a fully programmable Hexagon GLOBAL S coordinate measuring machine (CMM) : 40″ x 60″ x 50″ with motorized head, scanning probe and automatic styli changing feature. Fully programmable from solid models.For larger parts, we have two portable CMM’s. These arm-style Faro and Romer machines allow measurement of parts over 200 inches.
We also provide electronic in-house surface-finish and hardness testing, and offer magnetic particle and dye penetrant inspection through an on-site contractor.
